About Christopher Broxson

Originally from South Florida, Chris completed his undergraduate degrees at Florida Atlantic University, earning a bachelors of science in microbiology and a bachelors of arts in chemistry. In 1996 he moved to Gainesville Florida, working briefly as a junior lab technician in the material science department of the University of Florida, but was soon promoted to senior scientist and managing his first laboratory at the V.A. Medical center with a dual appointment in the UF department of Pharmacology. Over the intervening years Chris continued to follow his research interests and currently holds a position studying mucosal immunology in the department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. What does all this have to do with real estate? Not much, but it does speak to a level of professionalism and attention to detail that transitions well into any profession.

Chris had his first experience with real estate beginning in 1990 when directly out of high school, he took a position managing rental properties. After college he focused on owning and managing his own rental properties, and in 2020 earned his real estate licence.
